There are several ways to support the work of Action Reconciliation Service for Peace. Here is a selection:

 

• Becoming a member offers the possibility to actively guide the future of the organization.
• The regional groups do on the local level public relations work and inform potential volunteers. Sometimes they also take up certain themes.
• The Leitungskreis (leadership circle) coordinates the work of the Sommerlager (work camp) program of ARSP.
• The project Blickwechsel (change of view) offers educational sessions concerning international volunteer service, inter-cultural meetings, and anti-racism work for Berlin and Brandenburg.

“I see my time as a volunteer as an opportunity to contribute to the understanding between Muslims and Jews and between Germans and US-Americans. As an individual this is of course difficult. But perhaps I can simply be a role-model.”
