Work: thematic work

 

The International Youth Meeting in Dachau provides a place, in which questions about the past, present and future can be discussed, for participants from all over the world. The youth occupy themselves with the history of the Dachau concentration camp, the Nazi regime and today’s form of exclusion, racism and discrimination.

 

The program consists of, among other things, workshops, discussions with historical eye-witnesses, tours of the concentration camp’s memorial site and excursions. There is a lot of room for personal conversations and free time.

 

Group: In order to participate you must be between the ages of 16 and 26 years old and share an interest in the topic and the content of the work.

 

Camp Language: problem-free German and / or English

 

Participation Fee: 240 Euros. Reduced rate available upon request

 

Accommodations: in 4-bed rooms in the Dachau Youth Hostel. The participation fee includes room and board, as well as all program fees.
