Against the background of the history of Nazism, Action Reconciliation Service for Peace is active in the public arena for current political themes. ARSP publicly takes position against anti-Semitism, right-wing extremism and racism and strongly emphasises the need for reparation payments to the victims of Nazism. ARSP also urges for an inter-religious and inter-cultural dialogue and for a fair peace.
In the magazine "zeichen" which is published three times a year, Action Reconciliation Service for Peace deals with these topics and informs about the work of volunteers and project partners. With the church service aids for Israel Sunday, the ecumenical peace decade, and the memorial day for the victims of Nazism, ARSP wants to provide the community with theoretical insights from the Christian-Jewish dialogue and from the dialogue with Muslims.
